Maintenance & Resilience Asia 2019

Strong Demand for Maintenance and Resilience Technologies to Realize Thailand 4.0

“Industrial Infrastructure” (factories, chemical plants and power plants) and “Social Infrastructure” (transportation and logistics systems) are the most important components for realizing industrial development. For the sustainable use of infrastructure assets, a deep understanding of maintenance technologies is needed to demonstrate the production capacity.
These days, predictive maintenance management – by utilizing new digital technologies represented by IoT – is being developed to increase the value and productivity of the assets, and is considered the key technology to realize Industry 4.0. In addition, capacity building for infrastructure resilience is also a critical point for protecting the stable industrial development with maintenance management.
Now Thai government is promoting the new industrial development concept “Thailand 4.0” and supporting Thai companies to install the related technologies to adapt the new stream.
Over 40 years, starting from Plant Maintenance Show in 1960, JMA has been organizing shows for plants /factory/ infrastructure construction and maintenance with logistics & work environment management to achieve sustainable manufacturing and infrastructure development. Now these shows are organized under two umbrellas named “Maintenance & Resilience Tokyo” with over 500 companies/ 1,000 booths and “INCHEM TOKYO” with over 350 companies/ 1,000 booths.
With this background with much experience, the exhibition and conference named “Maintenance and Resilience Asia (MRA)’” will showcase the latest technologies and knowledge to the asset owners and engineers coming from ASEAN countries and provides exhibitors with the gateway to the ASEAN market.
